Ever since Saltburn hit cinema screens in November, many of us have been left with a hankering to run away to a lavish mansion house surrounded by rolling land – both of which Estelle Manor offers, only without Jacob Elordi and Rosamund Pike. The palatial country house hotel and member’s club is the bucolic outpost of London’s Maison Estelle and boasts regal suites, grandiose wellness amenities and diverse activities in the beautiful settings of Oxfordshire woodland.

The new Eynsham Baths spa is made complete with 3,000-sq-m Roman-inspired baths. On the property there is also an extensive gym and studio classes from high impact cardio to Box Fit, or take your exercise to the open air on the padel courts to try your hand at the world’s fastest growing racquet sport. Whilst newly built, the spa hones all the design details of classical Roman baths - from columns to carved marble. Housing five pools, a tepidarium bathing hall, couples suite, thermal cabins and offering a portfolio of ancient healing-inspired treatments.

Whilst a tranquil dip and weekend of wellness is craved by some, an afternoon of adrenaline is craved by others. Sessions of archery and axe-throwing are available to get your heart pumping and test your aim. Alternatively, touch-base with nature by handling a Bird of Prey (also an adrenaline raiser for some) or searching through the woodland for wild fruits and flowers with a foraging class. All whilst any little ones get a head-start on their driving skills by commandeering mini land rovers.
