For Mayfair Style - The Beaumont

Rosi, Easter lunch.
The lover's table at Rosi in The Beaumont Mayfair.

What was once the red leather, mahogany and meadow field walls of The Colony Grill at The Beaumont Mayfair has now transformed into something much more delicate: Rosi. Named for Rosemary Saïd, the wife of the hotel’s owner, Wafic Saïd, the soft-toned space envelops diners in the loosely sketched murals by artist Luke Edward Hall. With Chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen at the helm, the Easter offering will absolutely not disappoint. British seasonal classics lead the Sunday menu, with the likes of marinated heirloom tomatoes with whipped feta, or the corn-fed roast chicken and sirloin of dry-aged beef. For something extra special, we recommend you opt for the seasonal set menu – a culinary tribute to spring.

The only thing more rewarding than dining out is dining out for a good cause. This Easter, The Franklin London is partnering with Elephant Family to serve a limited-edition botanical-inspired afternoon tea. At the centre of this a striking floral egg sculpture, Eden, in an Eggshell, by artist Ruth Davis. The menu itself is equally as design-led and curated by Head Chef Roberto Roncolato. Drawing directly from the egg’s delicate florals and palette, Roncolato will develop a bespoke dessert, the Eggshelled Garden, and 100% of the proceeds from this will be donated to Elephant Family. The charity is dedicated to conserving Asia’s most endangered wildlife and the precious habitats they depend on.

It’s the perfect finisher after a full Easter feast.
