Introducing the Falmouth

Named after the beloved Cornish seaside town, Falmouth is a new interpretation of a summer boat shoe. After the unforeseen rise of loafers over the past couple of decades, the Falmouth has taken the classic design of a loafer and fused it with the sophisticated open-laced nature of a Derby – completed with Crockett & Jones' new wedge rubber sole.

Bringing in the snug fitting characteristics of Crockett & Jones’ signature loafers, Boston and Harvard, whilst adding the power of further fit adjustment with the double-stacked leather lacing. Falmouth may well become the best-fitting summer shoe in your wardrobe, allowing you to traverse new ground with summer suavity and incomparable comfort from the get-go.

Taking one of Crockett and Jones’ all-time favourites, The Chukka, and powering it up a notch - is the new, Bibury. Including all of the seamless qualities of The Chukka. From the one-piece pattern to the clean-cut facing and butted seam apron. Based with the new wedge rubber sole, Bibury strives to fill the position of an elevated weekend-to-weekday classic. Available in two shades of suede: a warm terracotta Snuff Suede and a neutral Earth Green Suede. Set for wandering through the old town at dusk or enjoying leisurely strolls along pebbled promenades with support up to the ankles and timelessly traditional style.

Time for a little about this new (and improved) rubber sole we have spoken so much about. Aiming to perfectly combine the features of comfort, flexibility, durability and grip – the new rubber wedge sole is classically boat style with its ‘unit’ design. Incorporating an ergonomically-sound slope between the forepart and the heel, known as the wedge. Although designed and made in England, the shoes attached to this innovated sole are meant for adventures in Santorini, Dubrovnik and anywhere in between. Starboard, port side and beach-bound.
