Located on the 11th floor of Canopy by Hilton hotel, Florattica offers a feast for the eyes, so you can soak up London’s iconic City landmarks, from St Paul's Cathedral to Canary Wharf.

Drawing inspiration from the textile heritage of East London and the intricate floral patterns of the 17th-century French Huguenots, the bar’s interior is stylishly decorated with floral installations, and currently decorated with baubles and fairy lights over the festive season.

Head Mixologist, Eleanora Esposito, has designed a cocktail menu "in the language of flowers”. The menu boasts unique cocktails developed with premium spirits and local provenance ingredients, including the “Cachai”, an infusion of Blue Pisco, La Yuzu Liquor, Kiwi Syrup and Lime Soda, a standout for lovers of a Pisco Sour; or for those looking for a richer, fruitier concoction, the “Crimson”, made with Campari Bitter, Lactofermented Plum and Citrus.

Florattica’s food menu mirrors the bar’s sophistication, featuring a range of thoughtfully curated small plates designed for sharing or savouring individually. Options include Octopus Takoyaki, Burrata and Marinated Heritage Beetroots as well as Charcuterie and Cheese platters.
