As it won't be possible to take the object of your affections out on the town this Valentine's Day, Rémy Martin has partnered with the Rosewood hotel's Scarfes Bar and patissier chocolatier William Curley on a special new delivery box to enjoy at home.
For the collaboration, Scarfes Bar's Bars Director Martin Siska has crafted a bespoke cocktail inspired by the classic Black Forest Gateau, complete with a cocoa nibs infusion of Rémy Martin 1738 and cherry. The result is a balanced sour-style cocktail with notes of cherry and cocoa. The box comes with a 300ml bottle of pre-mixed cocktail, which Siska recommends keeping chilled until consumption, when it should be poured over ice.

Complementing the cocktail is a selection of handmade William Curley chocolates, which come in both Cherry & Pistachio Marzipan and Spiced Blanco de Crillo. There are four chocolates included, making them perfect for two to share.
