Supper clubs offer an alternative to traditional dining, giving guests the chance to sample innovative and varied menus while being immersed into the intimate yet sociable setting. These are becoming some of the most sought-after events for both foodies and casual diners alike.

Their roots date back to 1930’s Beverly Hills where the concept first emerged. Lawrence Frank opened the doors to the first legendary supper club to celebrate the end of prohibition, marking the start of a popular dining tradition.

For the environmentally minded, this supper club offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Fruit, vegetables and herbs are sourced exclusively from within East London, while modest amounts of ethically and sustainably reared meat and fish come from local suppliers. Chef Aidan Brooks launched Eleven98 in 2018 with the aim of creating a space that encompasses both fine dining elegance with a convivial atmosphere.

This is ideal for vegetarians as the menu spotlights the unique plants which inspire much of their cooking. The menu evolves throughout the year reflecting the seasons and local landscape, with some dishes only appearing once or twice due to finite yields of produce.

Guests are greeted with a cocktail before beginning a culinary journey with Eleven98 through the Eastend. It is a bring your own drink event, and guests are recommended to leave 3.5 hours for the experience. Tickets are priced at £78 per seat.
