The Collaboration: The Straker Burger
Chef Thomas Straker, who's opening his own restaurant in London this summer, is teaming up with Patty & Bun to create the The Straker Burger available in all outlets throughout July. The chef, who's previously worked with Heston Blumenthal’s was viral sensation on Instagram and TikTok over lockdown releasing viral videos with the strap-line "food that you want to eat". The Straker Burger fulfils that brief: is made of a double beef patty, smoked cheese, cucumber pickles, salsa verde, bone marrow butter, crispy shallots and burger sauce.

The Pig One: XL Pork Belly Burger
With a brand new outlet on Old Compton Street and one due to open soon in Borough Yards. Burger & Beyond are making a big impact on the big city snack scene.
